Obligations

Manpower Supplier’s Obligations

i. Registration of recruitment-related documents issued by the employer with the Protector of Emigrants (Government Institution).
ii. Shortlisting of suitable candidates from our database and advertising vacancies in newspapers if required.
iii. Scrutinizing applications to ensure compliance with job requirements.
iv. Conducting interviews by our industry experts.
v. Trade testing to evaluate candidates’ skills.
vi. Medical examination to ensure fitness for employment.
vii. Final selection of candidates as per the employer’s specifications.
viii. Signing of the Foreign Service Agreement (Refer to the “Documentation” section for details).
ix. Visa endorsement through respective embassies (where applicable) by registering the authority letter (See “Documentation” section).
x. Obtaining mandatory insurance policies for selected candidates.
xi. Providing uniforms with the employer’s name and logo.
xii. Purchasing air tickets and reserving seats as per the agreed schedule.
xiii. Informing employers about the arrival schedule of their recruited workers.

Mobilization Time

The recruitment and deployment process typically takes 30 to 45 days, depending on the required quantity, job categories, and employer schedules.

Visa Processing

We also offer visa processing services for clients who only require assistance in processing visas for nominated candidates. Our charges for this service are reasonable and customized based on:

i. Number of visas required
ii. Port of embarkation/disembarkation
iii. Concerned Visa Consulate Office

Employer’s Obligations

i. Payment of air passage money from the worker’s point of origin to any airport selected by the employer (Negotiable).
ii. Payment of service charges (Negotiable).
iii. Provision of necessary documents related to the recruitment of workers, such as Power of Attorney, Demand Letter, and Authority Letter (Samples available under “Documentation”).
iv. Compliance with the obligations outlined in the Foreign Service Agreement (Refer to the sample under “Documentation”).
